Pre Implementation Scenario

The client was using window based standalone software for managing their stock and finance. Their management was specifically concerned about the Barcode wise Stock management, high inventory and the carrying cost. The client was managing the stocks manually (paper books) as the earlier software was giving erroneous stock reports. There was no proper tracking to know the actual stock and its valuation. Since most of their work was being done manually, the major interest for the management was to automate their manual processes without any erroneous data.

The Solution

The cloud based solution delivered, integrated the operations of all their stores located at different locations along with e-commerce. The barcode integration has been done for each SKU for tracking and proper movement and stocking of products. So the management got to know the actual stock position by quantity and value. The solution enabled correct tracking of old exchanged items received and the sales made against them. As the solution has a fully integrated accounts module, so there is no need to maintain accounts in a separate software. By giving requisite alerts the credit limit of customers are properly monitored.
